SEND

Our Rationale

At Balliol, we value the abilities and achievements of all pupils. We believe that every child should have an equal entitlement to experience a broad and balanced curriculum including the Foundation Stage and National Curriculum that is matched to the needs of the individual and provides for each pupil the best possible environment for learning. Recent Changes

The way in which schools provide for children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities has changed considerably due to a national reform. This has generated new legislation and a new code of practice.
