    Welcome to Year 6!

    Welcome to Year 6's class page.  This is somewhere for us to share useful information and important updates.  As a general rule, if you need it, it will be on here.  Having said that, if there is anything else that you would like to see on here, please let us know.

    Year 6 Parent Consultations

    Parent consultations will be held on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st October.  Please use the link for your child's class to book an appointment.  Please note, appointments will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

    Secondary School Admissions

    The application process for secondary school admissions is now open.

    THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS 31st OCTOBER 2026.  Please ensure you have applied for your child’s place at secondary school by then.

    Atom Learning in Year 6

    Year 6 will shortly begin to use the online learning platform, Atom Prime.  This is a free platform that supports your child’s learning and we will be using it to allow us to set online, targeted homework.

    Once we are ready to start using Atom Learning, your child will be given their log in details to keep in their planner. You can then use these to create your Atom School parent/guardian account.

    The Atom School parent/guardian account is a key part of Atom School’s safeguarding provision that enables your child to use Atom School outside school hours, for example, to complete homework. This account will also allow you to track your child’s progress throughout the year.

    How to activate your Parent Account

    You should have already received an email from Atom Learning that includes a unique setup link.  If you did not receive this email, you can find instructions in one of two places:
