Welcome Back!

A very warm welcome back to all our families from last term. We hope you had an amazing summer and enjoyed some lovely family time together!

We would also like to extend a special welcome to all our new families. It has been lovely to see you all, and we are really looking forward to working with you and your children over the coming year.

We know that settling back into the school routine can take a little time, so please don’t worry if there are a few tears in the mornings. It is completely normal, and I promise it will get easier!

Thank you for your quick drop-offs in the mornings. This really does help the children to settle into their classrooms and begin their day happily.

Family Photo Board 📸

Dear Parents,

We would love to create a special family photo board for our setting, celebrating all the wonderful families in our community.

If you are happy to do so, please bring in a family photograph for us to display on our photo board. It can be a recent photo or a favourite family picture.

🌟 Our First Full Week Back! 🌟

What a lovely first full week back! The children have settled in beautifully and have enjoyed getting back into our daily routines. It has been wonderful to see their happy faces, confidence and enthusiasm as they reconnect with their friends and adults.

We have had a busy and enjoyable week filled with lots of opportunities to play, explore, learn and build relationships. We are so proud of how well everyone has settled back in! 💕🌈

🦉 Daisy Class – Owl Babies 🦉

Daisy Class have been learning all about the lovely story Owl Babies! 🌙 We enjoyed listening to the story and learning about the three baby owls, Sarah, Percy and Bill, as they waited patiently for their mummy to return. The children also enjoyed joining in with the repeated phrases and learning an owl song. As part of our creative learning, the children painted their own unique owls and carefully added eyes and beaks. This provided a wonderful opportunity to develop their creativity, fine motor skills and language, while making connections to the story.
