School Council

Welcome to our school council page!

On here, you will be able to find out about the exciting changes and developments that we have been discussing in our meetings.

What is a school council?
A school council is a group of pupils who are elected by their class to represent the views of all children to improve their school.

What do we do?
  • We meet regularly with Mrs Bicknell.
  • We talk about ideas to help improve the school for everyone.
  • We talk about problems and discuss ways to make them better.
  • We report back to each class in the school.
  • We help put our ideas into action.

What have we done so far?
  • Lots of food was being dropped on the floor at lunch. We decided that it would be a good idea to put bins in the dining room. We decided that this would help to keep our school clean and tidy.
  • We voted to go to the Milton Keynes pantomime rather than have a pantomime company come to our school. We decided this because lots of children have not been to the theatre before and so it would be more of a special treat.

What are we working on next?
